"Honey Litchi Coconut Milk Sago Soup" recipe

What is sago soup? Wikipedia explains it here . It's a very popular dessert in Taiwan and Hong Kong. I have never seen anywhere selling sago soup in Berlin. Recently I sold sago soup at my friend's party. When I prepared it at home, I found that it's actually super easy to make. Ingredients: Perl Sago (It can be found in Edeka and is less than 1 EUR/box) Honey  (You can change it to sugar if you are a vegan.) Litchi (I used the canned litchi, because I don't know where to find fresh litchi in Berlin. I guess there is no any. :( ) Coconut Milk Perl Sago I used. Method:  1. Pour Perl Sago into boiling water that is approximately twice the amount of Perl Sago. 2. Boil Perl Sago briefly and let simmer for about 10 minutes. 搭火車到藍山 (Blue Mountains) 一日遊

還沒到雪梨前，一直考慮是否要預定到藍山的tour，但我在hostel認識的朋友跟我說不要參加tour，自己搭火車去就可以了。於是我決定省下 79 AUD，搭火車到藍山。 藍山很大，但很可惜我只有一天的時間，如果可以在山上住兩天一定很棒。我選擇搭火車到離三姊妹 (Three Sisters) 最近的火車站 Katoomba，從 Central Station 到 Katoomba 的來回火車票是 11.8 AUD。 從雪梨 Central Station 到 Katoomba 的來回火車票。 在街上發現的貼紙，和藍山雲霧繚繞的憂鬱氣氛很搭。 從 Central Station 到 Katoomba 大約兩小時，因為早上出門沒時間吃早餐，所以一下火車只想吃東西，於是我到 Lonely Planet 推薦的一間咖啡店  Fresh Espresso & Food Bar (最近改名為 Backyard Coffee Roasters)，他們的早餐很出名。老闆以前在雪梨的咖啡店工作很多年，後來在藍山開了這間咖啡店，已經經營超過十年了。(地址：5/181 Katoomba St, Katoomba NSW 2780；電話：+61 2 4782 3602) 陳設很簡單，但不要小看它。 這是我點的 "BYO Brekkie" (Build your own breakfast) 早餐，他們提供麵包和兩顆蛋，然後自己選擇其他肉或青菜來搭配，我選香腸。(11.90 AUD) 咖啡很好喝，我點的是 Piccolo Latte，"Piccolo" 在義大利文是指「小」的意思，所以 Piccolo Latte 簡單來說就是「小拿鐵咖啡」。(3.7 AUD)
